1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped—whichever comes first. To cancel, please contact us immediately at traxcycles@gmail.com or call +91 94964 02011 with your order details.
  • After Dispatch:
    Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may, however, initiate a return after receiving the product (see below).

2. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

2.1 Return Eligibility

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items like toys, bicycles, accessories, etc., are eligible only if they are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or assembled bicycles
  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom orders or clearance sale items

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original method of payment (card, UPI, or bank transfer).

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos via email or WhatsApp.
  • We will arrange a return pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Cancellations before shipping: Full refund including shipping.
  • Returns due to customer reason (e.g. change of mind): Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
  • Returns due to our fault (e.g. damaged, wrong item): Full refund including shipping.
